How do I add money to my wallet?
Send ETH (Ethereum's currency) to your wallet address from Coinbase, MetaMask, or wherever you keep your crypto. You can find your wallet address on the Wallets page.
Is my wallet safe with you?
Yes. Your private key (like a password for your wallet) is scrambled with strong, industry-standard encryption and kept in a locked, dedicated vault. It's never shown on the website or stored in your browser. To mint for you automatically, our system does securely store and sign with that key, so we suggest using a dedicated minting wallet and keeping only the funds you plan to spend in it.
Could the bot spend my whole wallet?
No. You set the price and the network fee for every mint, and we treat those as hard limits. We'll never spend more than you authorize, even if prices spike during a busy drop. A mint that would cost more than you allowed simply won't go through.
Do you ever hold my funds?
No. Your ETH stays in your own wallet the entire time. We only sign and submit the mint transactions you've scheduled. We never move your money anywhere else, and there's no NimbusMint account balance.
How does NimbusMint mint so fast?
We prepare your purchase before the sale even opens, then submit it the instant minting goes live, sending it through several network paths at once so whichever is fastest gets you in. By hand, you'd usually be a few seconds too late on a popular drop.
What if I want to leave or take my key with me?
You're never locked in. You can export your wallet's private key whenever you want. For your protection, exporting requires you to prove it's really you (by signing with your wallet) and has a short safety waiting period, and we notify you when it happens.
Will you ever ask for my seed phrase?
Never. NimbusMint will never ask for your 12 or 24-word seed phrase, whether by email, Discord, or anywhere in the app. Anyone who does is trying to scam you. Walk away.
Where can I mint NFTs from?

Can I change my mind and cancel?
Yes! You can cancel any scheduled purchase from your dashboard anytime before it happens.
What if something goes wrong?
If a purchase doesn't go through, we'll send you a message explaining what happened. Usually it's because the NFT sold out, you didn't have enough funds, or the network was too busy.
How much does NimbusMint cost?
NimbusMint is a subscription. You pay a flat recurring price for access and mint as much as you want, with no extra per-mint charge from us. You'll still pay the usual network fees for transactions on the blockchain.
